• Discount Copier Supply cartridges are manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
• Discount Copier Supply will replace or refund the full price of any cartridge that is returned and found to be defective within one year of the original date of purchase. Email or call for a return authorization number (RA).
• Discount Copier Supply warrants that under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any device. Reimbursement is provided for all repairs, once a cartridge has been returned and proven to be defective. This warranty is dependent upon satisfactory evidence that the device failure was due to a defective cartridge. A written statement from an authorized service company, that is dated and signed, is required.
• Discount Copier Supply liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other representations and warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. Discount Copier Supply shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon the condition that these terms are accepted by the buyer.
• Discount Copier Supply will utilize new parts whenever possible, including imaging units (drums), blades, mag rollers, chips, and graphics quality toner powder for monochrome toners and chemical toner for color models. This means that the cartridges contain up to 80% new parts and we can maintain an overall defective rate of under 2%.
