The states of Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean are excluded and the freight and fees are charged.
OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
All of our compatible cartridges are warranted to be free from defects in material, workmanship and performance for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. If at any time during the warranty period our cartridges fail to perform, we will replace the cartridge or credit the full purchase price.
All returned cartridges are weighed and compared to the full weight of the cartridge and if a cartridge is found to be empty (less than 10% of the original toner or ink), then no refund will be given. The warranty does not include freight related damage or improper installation, storage or abuse of the products. The warranty is void if the cartridge labels have been removed. Grainger Printer’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
